New hobby- okonomiyaki sedap bersama sos takoyaki buatan sendiri :-)

Assalamualaikum w.r.b.t

Pejam celik pejam celik dah sepuluh hari kita memasuki bulan syawal, bulan fitrah ini...
So, selamat hari raya maaf zahir batin semua yang membaca blog ni...

Sejak permohonan aku tuk sambung phd tergendala atas sebab biasiswa aritu, aku cam lost sikit... g keje pon aku rase cam mkn gaji buta jer sebab xde task yg spesifik tuk aku ( padahal ley jer buat literature review, tulis manucript kaan... tp... semangat itu masih kurang..)

Tapi kaaan... i found another me!
I just found out that that I LOVE COOKING!
Sebelum ni mmg kalau balik umah mak suh aku masak, tapi aku x rase la aku sukeeeee sangat masak..hehe...
Tapi balik raya aritu semua bende la aku nk try..
-kek batik
-biskut oatp
-puding koktel insyirah
-puding kurma
-nasi yam penyet
-nasi tomato
Dan yg paling impressive, pavlova!

Aku sekarang tengah mode nak cube resepi2 baru...

So kelmarin ade sorang member fb post gambar okomomiyaki ...and its look sooo delicious...
Sebenarnye dah penah makan ni masa dayu beli kt jj bukit indah bawak berbuke umah k.as aritu... sedap!
So, katenyer xde keje kat ofis kan, so search la resepi tu...
Sonang jor! Cume barang die je ade yg susah nak carik.

Tapi sebelum tu, korang tau ke ape tu okonomiyaki tu?
Sila baca artikel dibawah untuk keterangan lanjut yer.

Ok, tu resepi asal jepun die la tau...
Setelah search resepi okonomiyaki ni dari air tangan orang melayu..
Ade beberapa resepi sebenarnyer... tapi setelah di gabungkan...
Jadilah versi ni...hiks..

So bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:-

1 cawan tepung gandum
1 biji telur
1 cawan air
½ sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil serbuk ikan bilis
½ batang lobak merah-sagat halus
2 cawan kubis-sagat halus
4 tangkai daun bawang-hiris halus
Hirisan sosej/udang/crabstick/daging atau ayam
Sedikit garam dan gula.

Bahan topping :-
Sos okomiyaki/takoyaki
Mayonis
Serbuk seaweed/nori
Dried bonito flakes

Cara-caranya
1. Campurkan semua bahan dalam satu belas dan gaulkan hingga sebati.
2. Panaskan kuali leper dan masukkan adunan. (1st try aritu masukkan sekaligus, besar gile, susah nak terbalikkan. So td, bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian tuk jadikan pancake ni bersaiz sederhana)
3. Angkat dan letak topping

Ok sebenarnya bila search sos okonomiyaki tu ade yg kate susah nk carik dan x halal... so bila keeep searching jumpe la resepi sos takoyaki ni...

Bahan-bahannya.
1 cawan sos tomato
¾ cawan kicap cair
¼ cawan air asam jawa
1 sudu cuka
2 cm halia
1 ulas bawang putih
¾ gula

Caranya.
Campur semua bahan, gaul dan kacau atas api kecik sehingga pekat.

Senang kan! Yeah! I love simple recipe but yummy ad healthy!

Ni contoh okonomiyaki ku yg second time buat... first time aritu besar sgt smpi pecah2 sket...
Yg impressnyer sos tu menjadi! Rase macam real. Gittew.

Ok yg ni dah tabur bonito flakes... bende alah ni ley beli kat jaya jusco bhgn asian food.

Haha, hilang dah decoration sos okonomiyaki dan mayonis..
Disebabkan x jumpe serbuk nori tu, i x letak...
Xpe, housemates i kate yg ni dah sedap..ley jual..ahaks =p
(Ley bukak kedai ni kalau xde keje...haha..merepek..)

Suke ngan hobi baru ni bile tengok orang makan masakan kita dan kata sedap...
Alhamdulillah... syukur ya Allah dengan rezeki yang engkau berikan...
Thank you Allah.

Last but not least... selamat mencuba!
