Pengalaman Interview Pensyarah

Bismillahirrahmannirrahim.
Assalamualaikum wrbt.

Alhamdulillah I'm Dr. Aisyah now.
Can not believe i make it.
Yeah, with all the hardship and prayers from all, i did it.

Yesterday i went for an interview for Senior Lecturer in UTM, at school level.
Firstly, we need to do the mock teaching.
I chose to teach piezoresistive sensor and the presentation with only 6 slides went well.
But, the panel from akademi bahasa said that i need to work hard on my grammar, pronunciation and interaction with students.
In shaa Allah try hard Aisyah, to improve it!!

Then for the interview session, all the candidates came in together.
The chairman introduce the current situation that they only recruit new staff to replace the lecturer that already finish contract or quit.
Then, panel A asked us the first question ; what is the four core values of UTM?
We tried with -inovative, intelectual but they're wrong.
Oh my god, i just study about vision, mission strategy etc but not found about trust (actually when i search again, they are at the same webpage 😅😅)
All of us cannot answer that question, then he told us the answer.
The answer is Integrity, Synergy, Sustainability and Excellence).
Then, panel B asked us, what subject that we can teach.
Panel C asked us how we implement safety when doing our experiment and suggestion to improve it.
Panel D asked us about current issue.
Then, the tricky question, panel A asked us, will you accept if UTM send you to stay oversea (Iraq) to manage course there.
Last but not least, panel E asked about can you describe, what you will become in next five years.

It's quite tough experience, alhamdulillah it's already past.
Looking forward to the result.
In shaa Allah, Allah already planned the best for us.
